Provided is a method for producing a steel plate with single-ground-color patterns by combining roller-coating printing and screen printing. By combining the roller-coating printing and the screen printing, an accurate ground color and pattern can be obtained, and also a thick and three-dimensional printed layer can be obtained. In addition, a servo control system for controlling the rotation speed of each roller in a roller-coating unit and the starting time is applied in the roller-coating section, thereby ensuring that the actual roller surface linear speed is consistent with the process rotation speed; in this way, it is not required to halt the production for adjustment in the production process, thereby improving the production efficiency.
