PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device which allows a monitor to receive predetermined information when there seems to be something wrong with a monitored person.SOLUTION: A server device 200 is connected to a water purifier 101 which treats tap water for mutual communications. The server device 200 receives used amount data of tap water used by a user (a monitored person) of a water purifier 101 for water purification from the water purifier 101. The server device 200 determines if the amount of water used by the user meets a predetermined criterion on the basis of the used amount data. The server device 200 provides a predetermined notice to a terminal device 301 of a monitor when determining that the predetermined criterion is not met.
