The basic equation contains a constructive equation with a physical quantity to be each element of the analytic model as a function, and includes a physical quantity measurement unit 10 measuring a physical quantity, and an operation unit 20 acquiring correlation interpolating the physical quantity measured by the constructive equation with a physical quantity as a function and incorporating the acquired correlation in the constructive equation as a coefficient.
