The glass holding stillage retains the sheets vertically within the coarse plastic thread (10) at the top or upper edge (24) of the sheet product, and the castellated plastic base rail (8) at the bottom or lower edge (14) of the product. The depth (height) of the sheet can vary due to the vertical support (22) being adjustable. A spring loaded safety interlock device (40) is employed as a safety feature. The whole assembly is retained on a hollow section alloy base frame (18). The stillage is also collapsible for ease of distribution and transportation. This can be utilized for holding other materials which are rigid and in sheet form. |
