The invention concerns a method and machine for transforming sealed packaging made from flexible material into cubes, the initial packaging being gripped and blocked by a set of securing clamps in the transverse region of both faces. One of the lateral faces of the packaging is then struck by an impact clamp, the two flaps are sealed by sealing and cutting clamps, and the packaging is rotated through 180 degrees in order to be subsequently secured. Two closure systems then slow down and meter the liquid fluids of the packaging by means of multiple labyrinth welding lines which seal the two faces such that a set of two small parallel gripping plates grasp the flap and one thereof adheres to one of the faces of the flap.
