<p>The injector nozzle with a special design for an internal combustion engine comprises a housing with channels for supplying fuel to a differential area of a needle, channels which are capable of cooling by means of fuel, a shutoff needle cone, and a centring nozzle opening, in which the needle is disposed, wherein valve mechanisms are mounted in two of three fuel supply channels, a needle cooling chamber is formed over the contour of a distributing part of the shutoff cone of the needle of the injector, the channels for supplying and injecting fuel and for cooling are separated from one another, the centring opening of the injector nozzle is formed on one axis with the channel of a high pressure line and is capable of supplying fuel from the injector to the nozzle cooling line, and a groove with a small diameter is formed in the cylindrical lateral surface of the tail part of the needle over the outer diameter so as to provide the possibility of forming an end ledge on the surface of the needle.</p> |
