<p>The present invention provides a business implementation method and apparatus for an intelligent business system, and the intelligent business system. The method comprises: (S202) receiving a business request message from a core network; (S204) converting the business request message into a character string message, the character string message comprising a specified parameter extracted from the business request message; and (S206) executing a subsequent business process according to the character string message and a preconfigured business process template, the character string message being corresponding to the business process template. By using the technical solutions provided in the present invention, technical problems in the related art are solved that there is no self-serving system effectively integrating a network protocol type, a business service type and an access mode type; in this manner, an integrated self-serving system business can be implemented by using a preconfigured logic process, and further, costs of manpower and material resources are saved to a certain extent, and the implementation is simple.</p> |
