<p>The present application relates to an inner door panel (2) for a vehicle door (1). A perimeter portion (4) of the inner door panel (2) is provided for connection to an outer door panel (3). An integral anti-intrusion panel (11) is formed in a central section (5) of the inner door panel (2). One or more elongate concavities (9) are formed in an inner face (7) of the central section (2). The one or more elongate concavities (9) have a substantially continuous surface. A second elongate concavity (9) can optionally also be formed in the central section (2). Aspects of present invention also relate to a vehicle door (1) and a method of fabricating a vehicle door (1).</p> |
