Disclosed are a contact of an electrical connector and an electrical connector assembly including the same. A contact installed at the insulating housing of an electrical connector according to the present invention comprises a pair of contact parts which has a U-shaped combination structure, a pair of mounting parts which is extended from the pair of contact parts to be mounted on a substrate, and a connection part which connects the pair of contact parts with each other. The pair of the contact parts is symmetrical to each other to touch a corresponding contact in a U-shaped inside or outside direction.
