PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up execution of an application program which requires generation of a virtual machine.SOLUTION: A program execution device 9 comprises a storage unit 91 which stores a control program 93 for controlling execution of an application program, and a CPU 92 which generates a virtual machine for sequentially interpreting and executing the application program and executes the application program by the generated virtual machine, by operating according to the control program 93. In the operation according to the control program 93, the CPU 92 preliminarily generates the virtual machine when a load of the CPU 92 is less than a prescribed threshold, and executes the application program to which execution request is performed by the preliminarily generated virtual machine in response to the execution request of the application program. |
