PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat acoustic freezer and to improve the output of the freezer.SOLUTION: The heat acoustic freezer comprises an air-column tube 11; an engine 20 having the air-column tube 11, a cooling side heat exchanger 21 for exchanging heat with a low-temperature heat source, a high temperature side regenerator 22 for holding a temperature gradient, and a heating side heat exchanger 23 for exchanging heat with a high-temperature heat source that are sequentially arranged; and a refrigerator 30 having a cooling side heat exchanger 31 for exchanging heat with a normal-temperature heat source, a low temperature side regenerator 32 for holding a temperature gradient, and a refrigeration side heat exchanger 33 from which a low temperature heat rather than a normal temperature heat is taken that are sequentially arranged in an axial direction of the air-column tube 11. The clearance between the heating side heat exchanger 23 and the cooling side heat exchanger 31 is set up such that the shortest distance is to be a distance equalizing a space volume in the air-column tube 11 between the heating side heat exchanger 23 and the cooling side heat exchanger 31 with a space volume of the regenerators 22 and 32 and is set up within a range of twice the shortest distance. |
