PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proximity-type IC card system capable of omitting negotiation processing of a communication parameter, when the communication parameter is previously determined.SOLUTION: A reader/writer 2 of a proximity-type IC card system 1 transmits ATTRIB together with REQB at a timing of transmitting the REQB. When receiving the ATTRIB together with the REQB, a proximity-type IC card 3 executes the REQB and then, when a condition to transmit ATQB which is a response to the REQB is satisfied, executes the ATTRIB without transmitting the ATQB and transmits ATA which is a response to the ATTRIB received together with the REQB. |
