PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular electronic control unit capable of inhibiting damage of a circuit board due to water, improving accuracy in the transmission of a vehicular behavior to the circuit board, and capable of preventing damage of a resin-sealed member from generating.SOLUTION: A vehicular electronic control unit is provided with: a circuit board 1 which has a board member 11 having a fastening part 111 for fastening a coupling object and a behavior detection sensor 12 disposed to the board member 11 for detecting the behavior of a vehicle; a resin-sealed member 2 contacting the circuit board 1 except the fastening part 111 and covering the circuit board 1 to make the fastening part 111 expose; a transmission member 3 having a fixing part 31 for fixing to the vehicle and a pair-board fastening part 32 contacting the fastening part 111, and communicating the behavior of the vehicle to the circuit board 1; and a fastening member 4 for contacting the fastening part 111 to fasten the circuit board 1 with the transmission member 3. The transmission member 3 has a cover part 33 covering the exposed surface of the resin-sealed member 2. |
