The purpose of the present invention is to provide a developing cartridge whereby it is possible to miniaturize an image-forming device. A developing cartridge (7A) provided with: a developing roller (11); a developing electrode (65) for transmitting external electrical power to the developing roller (11); and a developing coupling (44) for transmitting external drive power to the developing roller (11). The developing electrode (65) moves between an inner position and an outer position located further outside than the inner position in the left/right direction. The developing coupling (44) moves between the inner position and the outer position located further outside than the inner position in the left/right direction. The developing coupling (44) is located in the outer position when the developing electrode (65) is located in the outer position.
