摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a control device for a catheter or an endoscope. The control device comprises: a wire unit which is radially interposed in four wire holes based on a path of the catheter or endoscope and has one end fixed to the end of the catheter or endoscope; a towing unit which is connected with the other end of the wire unit and includes a first towing unit for operating and towing the wire unit so that a soft part is bent in an X direction and a second towing unit which induces bending in a Y direction; and a single operating unit which is axially coupled with the towing unit and can be operated in both an X direction and a Y direction so as to respectively operate the first towing unit and second towing unit. According to the present invention, the soft part can be bent in multiple directions through the control device in order to easily access an affected area, so that the affected area can be precisely diagnosed and operated. Moreover, a structure in which multiple gears are connected with each other is applied, so that power transmission can be easily performed and bending can be actively performed on the soft part only by means of an operation on a stick. Accordingly, precise control is possible. Also, an elastic part for supporting the stick and a stopper for fixing the same are prepared, so that the soft part can be elastically restored or a bent state can be maintained. Consequently, diagnoses and operations on the affected area can be easily performed.</p>
