<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an inorganic thin film solar cell and an inorganic thin film solar cell manufactured by using the same. The present invention provides the inorganic thin film solar cell and the manufacturing method thereof which attaches a soft transparent substrate on an upper layer after a plurality of thin film layers is formed on the upper side of a sacrificial substrate, and then separates the soft transparent substrate from the sacrificial substrate with a peel-off method again while the thin film layers are attached to the soft transparent substrate. Therefore, a solar cell of a flexible type can be manufactured with a simple method. In addition, the solar cell of the flexible type can be manufactured conveniently simply with a method which bonds the soft transparent substrate like a bonding tape and separates it again without a separate projection device or a complex projection process.</p> |
