The present invention relates to a heating plate for anti-freezing installed in doorways, stairs, floors, and car washes. The heating plate for anti-freezing comprises: a base plate which is put on or buried under doorways, stairs, and floors, and has borders that partition a space along the outer periphery; a heating wire arranged on the base plate to heat when power is supplied; a top plate which has a closed receiving space by the height of the border of the base plate by being coupled with the base plate, and has an injection hole on one side of the receiving space for passing the heating wire and injecting a fluid; and an antifreeze solution for lowering a freezing point by being injected into the closed receiving space formed by the base plate and the top plate. |
