Disclosed are an apparatus and a method of calculating a topographic factor. The apparatus for calculating the topographic factor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a collecting unit for collecting position information and height information of a plurality of points on inclined surfaces positioned upwind and downwind of the ground; a calculating unit for calculating parameters to calculate topographic factors of the topography by using the position information and the height information; and a topographic factor calculating unit for calculating the topographic factors of the topography based on the parameters. |
