A manoeuvring element 1 consisting of crank handle 2 with protruding grip 3 at one end and at the other end means 4, such as a slot or coupling, for transmitting rotation to a shaft. There is a safety system comprising: button 5, in cavity 4b in the handle, that actuates locking pin 13; and retaining means 10 for the locking pin that is engaged and caused to move along its axis by the button and rotates between a fastening position and an unlocking position. Button 5 may have a cylindrical body with a projecting glass element that has wavy pattern (5c, fig. 3a) on one surface and ribs (5a, fig. 3a) that engage grooves (4d, fig. 4b) in the cavity walls. Retaining means 10 may have ribbings (10a, fig. 3b) whose top surface may be angled at 23 degrees. It may also have outer circular crown (10b, fig. 3c) with central bush (10c, fig. 3c) that has an annular groove to hold spring 11 maintaining elastic engagement between button and locking pin. Locking pin 13 may have dovetail insert (12a, fig. 3d) and base (12b, fig. 3d) with slightly larger diameter than bottleneck (13a, fig. 3e) into which it fits. Flanged body 15 may close the cavity. A key may be turned to lock and unlock the securing system. |
