Method and device for controlling the air parameters in rooms

The method involves optimization of an objective function that is a sum function of specific enthalpies (h-LK, h-LB) multiplied with quality factors (k) and dependant on control signals. An ambient air reference value is estimated to limits or within a comfort field, which is determined by temperature and humidity of the comfort field based on values of heat load and humidity load of a room. The control signals for a heat recovery device and/or a mixing chamber are simultaneously adjusted such that the objective function reaches an optimum. An independent claim is also included for an air conditioning apparatus.
