The present invention relates to a refrigerator dispenser. The refrigerator dispenser includes: a cavity which is arranged on the front surface of a refrigerator door and defines a predetermined space with available water supply; a guide unit which is arranged on the upper part of the cavity and protrudes from the door; a handle unit which is coupled to the guide unit to slide in a downward direction by the guide unit; and a water extraction unit built in the handle unit. According to the present invention, the dispenser handle unit installed on the front surface of the refrigerator door adjusts the location of a water outlet for user convenience by sliding in a vertical direction.
