A safety kit according to the present invention includes a first metal plate which is electrically connected to a first electrode of a secondary battery including at least one unit cell, is disposed on a first surface of the secondary battery, and is fixed to the secondary battery on one side; a second metal plate which is spaced from the first metal plate with a gap on the first surface and is fixed to the secondary battery on one side; and an alloy bridge which has a lower melting point than that of the first metal plate and the second metal plate and fills the gap. According to the present invention, when overcurrent flows through the secondary battery due to short circuit, the safety kit for a secondary battery installed on a path for current flowing through the secondary battery is broken quickly so as to secure the safety of the secondary battery in use. |
