The present invention provides a composite slab structure and a construction method thereof. The composite slab structure comprises a girder; a steel board for a slab which is connected to the upper part of the girder and includes a plurality of pocket units protruding upwards; a composite slab panel including slab concrete of a predetermined thickness placed on the upper part of the steel board for a slab except the inner space of the pocket unit; and finishing concrete placed on the upper part of the composite slab panel to be integrated with the girder and the steel board for a slab. |
