<p>Disclosed is an eye/gaze tracker with first and second light sources 121, 122; 125 each illuminates an eye of a subject. The lights are controlled to selectively emit light L1, L2; λ1, λ2 towards the eye such that within an operation sequence t0-t6 the eye is illuminated by the first light source during a first time interval P1, P3, P5 and by the second light source during a second time interval P2, P4, P6. An image sensor ie a camera, has photodiodes associated with first and second charge storages Al, A2 that store images as electric charges. An image sensor switch S1, S2 is controlled so that the images are stored in the first storage during the first interval and in the second storage during the second interval. The image data obtained by the image sensor is processed by a data processor to generate an output signal describing the position and gaze point for the eye.</p> |
