<p>The embodiments of the disclosure provide a method, a terminal, a network device and a system for acquiring Quality of Experience QoE. The method includes that: during proceeding of a service, a terminal periodically measures its own QoE data and reports the QoE data to a network side according to a QoE measurement and reporting policy issued by the network side. According to the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the disclosure, during proceeding of a service, the network side can acquire the QoE data of the terminal timely and accurately, and the acquired QoE data is closer to the true feeling of a user. Moreover, the solutions provided in the embodiments of the disclosure are simple in operation and easy to implement, and can be implemented on all the terminals in a network, so that the QoE data acquired by the network side are more comprehensive and of more value for analysis.</p> |
