<p>The method involves processing dairy or brewery processing units (P) by a pipe rheometer (1) provided with a horizontal straight measuring tube (2) to measure pressure losses of gravimetric volume flow and viscosity by determining a flow index and a consistency factor for determining larger extent constant. The viscosity is determined by Ostwald de Waele equation by the pipe rheometer. The pipe rheometer is designed with shear rate up to approximately 1000 per second for fluids or drinks. The volumetric flow of the pipe rheometer is adjusted using a container (17). An independent claim is also included for a device for determining viscosity of structure-viscous fluids and particles.</p> |
