Disclosed are a scattering prevention film having excellent optical characteristics and scratch resistance, and a method of manufacturing the same. The scattering prevention film according to the present invention includes: a transparent film; and a hard coating layer formed on the transparent film, and the hard coating layer includes 1 to 30 wt% of inorganic nano particles, 1 to 70 wt% of an ultraviolet ray curable acrylate resin, 1 to 15 wt% of an optical initiator, and 0.2 to 5 wt% of azo dye. |
