The present description relates to a preparation method of octahedron nickel oxide anode active materials for solid oxide fuel cells, comprising: (a) a step of preparing a solution containing a polymer; (b) a step of preparing a dispersion solution by adding a nickel precursor into the solution containing the polymer; (c) a step of forming an amorphous nickel oxide particle by preprocessing the dispersion solution using microwave; (d) a step of acquiring a crystallized nickel oxide by dehydrating the dispersion solution containing the amorphous nickel oxide particle and sintering the same. A crystal form of the crystallized nickel oxide is octahedral-shaped. |
