Disclosed is a vehicle door opening and closing apparatus. The vehicle door opening and closing apparatus which has a door link connected to a door to automatically open and close door comprises a housing which has a first accommodating unit and a second accommodating unit individually formed in the housing; a forward-and-reverse rotation motor which is fixed to an upper end of the housing and has a speed reduction device at one side; a driving gear which is connected to the speed reduction device and inserted into the housing; a power transmission body which includes a first bearing accommodated in the first accommodating unit of the housing, a power transmission shaft inserted to the first bearing, a first power gear that is axially mounted on the power transmission shaft and is mesh with the driving gear, and a second power gear which is positioned below the first power gear and is axially mounted to the power transmission shaft; and a link operating body which is geared with the power transmission body, has a second bearing accommodated in the second accommodating unit of the housing, and has a link inserting part connected to the door link body, thereby reducing noise, improving the durability under vibration, improving the space utilization for installation space by the simple configuration, and reducing the burdens of production costs and installation costs to obtain the economic effect when opening and closing the vehicle door. |
