摘要 The present invention relates to a method for designing and establishing a zinc finger protein library capable of inducing a zinc finger protein specifically coupled with a specific protein or a small molecule material, which is a non-nucleic acid, similar to an antibody; and screening a non-antibody zinc finger protein having a function similar to an antibody to a target molecule using the same. More particularly, a zinc finger protein library is manufactured using a grasping surface presentation technique by introducing randomization into an amino acid residue of DNA binding region of the zinc finger protein. Accordingly, confirmed is the bonding force for a target molecule by selecting a zinc finger clone group bonding to a protein or a small molecule material, which is a target molecule. Therefore, the library manufactured by the method for manufacturing the zinc finger protein library and a method for screening a non-antibody zinc finger protein having the function of an antibody to a target molecule using the same of the present invention can effectively used in the development of similar antibodies based on the zinc finger protein.
