PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange forming machine of a tubular material having a simple and inexpensive structure which suppresses buckling deformation during flange processing. SOLUTION: The machine for forming a flange by outwardly bending an end of a tubular material includes: a substantially conical roller for rotating and revolving which comes in sliding contact with the end of the tubular material while pressing the same; a roller supporting part for rotatably supporting the roller; a turning inclination control means for inclining the roller supporting part while outwardly turning the same to match the bending angle of the flange; and a rolling bracket for rolling and supporting the roller supporting part to revolve the roller. The rolling bracket is controlled in movement in the forward and rearward direction, and the turning center of the roller supporting part is positioned on the outside and in front of a bending start point of the flange.
