PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic not requiring time and effort for twice coating of a foundation cosmetic and a finishing cosmetic, capable of being provided in various shapes, and capable of effectively concealing shape troubles such as wrinkles. SOLUTION: The cosmetic includes a flat composite powder, spherical hollow inorganic particles and a high-viscosity oil component, wherein the flat composite powder exhibits interference colors. The formulated ratio of the flat composite powder to the spherical hollow inorganic particles is preferably within the range of from 5:1 to 1:2.
