The present application provides a seal carrier 95 for use about a number of flow orifices 150 of a platform 75 of a turbine nozzle 55. The seal carrier 95 may include an inner surface 180 facing the platform with the inner surface 180 having a number of slots 190 therein aligning with the flow orifices 150 of the platform 75 and an opposed outer surface 200 with a seal 170 positioned about the outer surface 200.
