A refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an inner case which has an installation hole to install an illumination device and a stepped scattering unit to scatter the light emitted from the illumination device and forms the interior of a cabinet; the illumination device which is mounted on the installation hole to face the stepped scattering unit; and a sealing member sealing the installation hole and the illumination device. The sealing member is coupled to an outer case forming the exterior of the cabinet and is filled with a terminal insulation material.
