The present invention provides an organic electro-luminescent device including: a first substrate where a display area having a plurality of pixel areas is defined; a first electrode which is formed at each pixel area and is formed of a transparent conductive material; a reflection transmission pattern which is formed of a metallic material as surrounding each pixel area and being overlapped with an edge of the first electrode, and has reflection characteristics and transmission characteristics by having a first thickness; a bank which is located at a boundary between pixel areas, and is overlapped with a first area of each reflection transmission pattern, and at the same time, exposes a second area in the outside of the first area; an organic light emission layer which is formed on the upper part of the second area exposed to the outside of the first electrode and the bank in an area surrounded by the bank; and a second electrode formed on the whole surface of the display area on the upper part of the organic light emission layer.
