<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker which improves cooking accuracy of a heating target and prevents the heating target from overheating by effectively utilizing both a contact-type temperature sensor and an infrared sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker comprises: control means 6 which controls an inverter circuit 5 to inductively heat a heating target on a top plate 2 by a heating coil 4, calculates a first temperature rise of a temperature detected by a contact-type temperature sensor 11 from a previous value of the detected temperature based on an output from temperature detection means 13, calculates a first temperature rise of a temperature detected by an infrared sensor 12 from a previous value of the detected temperature based on an output from the temperature detection means 13, and controls the inverter circuit 5 to suppress supply electric power quantity or stop supply of electric power to the heating coil 4 when at least one of gradients of the first temperature rise and the second temperature rise exceeds a predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
