<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image pick-up device which can shorten the time required for the whole processing until the processing of reading offset data even when it is impossible to cooperate with a radiation generating apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: Control means 22 of a radiation image pick-up device 1 controls the operation so that the reset processing of each radiation detection element 7, carried out by applying an on voltage from a gate driver 15b to all scan lines 5 or a plurality of scan lines 5 connected with the gate driver 15b of scan drive means 15, and the read processing of leak data dleak, read out by sampling in a sampling circuit 19 the values output from an amplifier circuit 18 corresponding to the charges q leaked from each radiation detection element 7 through each TFT8 in a state where an off voltage is applied to each scan line 5, are performed alternately before capturing a radiation image, and detects the fact that irradiation of radiation is started based on the leak data dleak thus detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
