<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compatible the security of communication and a communication speed when performing communication between a house terminal of a collective dwelling house and an external server. <P>SOLUTION: In a multiple dwelling house B, a private net NT1 is constituted by connecting house terminals 10 of respective houses and a multiple dwelling house server 20 via a communication path Ls. An external server 30 is connected to the Internet NT2 and communicates with the multiple dwelling house server 20 and the house terminals 10. When the house terminal 10 requests the utilization of a service via the communication path Ls, the multiple dwelling house server 20 transmits information necessary for utilizing the service to the external server 30. When the utilization of the service is requested from the multiple dwelling house server 20 which has been contracted beforehand, the external server 30 issues identification information for communication and transmits the identification information for communication to the house terminal 20 via the communication path Ls.
