PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating reed which can be miniaturized while ensuring a desired Q value by suppressing vibration leakage, a vibrator with the vibrating reed and an oscillator with the vibrating reed. SOLUTION: The crystal vibrating reed 1 comprises a base part 11, a pair of vibration arms 12 extending from the base part 11 along each other, a drawing part 13 extending from the base part 11 to the opposite side of the pair of vibration arms 12, an absorbing part 14 extending from the tip of the drawing part 13 to the opposite sides of the drawing part 13 along a direction substantially perpendicular to an extending direction of the drawing part 13, and a pair of holding parts 15 extending from the opposite ends of the absorbing part 14 along an extending direction of the drawing part 13 and being held by an external member. An overall width W1 of the absorbing part 14 including the base part 11 and the pair of holding parts 15 in a direction perpendicular to an extending direction of the pair of vibration arms 12 is equal to or less than an overall width W2 of the pair of vibration arms 12.
