The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device capable of reducing current leakage and, more specifically, to a method to manufacture an organic light emitting device capable of reducing the current leakage by performing a planarization process for a lower electrode to reduce the current leakage of the lower electrode deposited through a shadow mask, and an organic light emitting device manufactured by the method.
