The semiconductor circuit comprises a pulse generating circuit which is enabled on the rising edge of a clock signal and generates different lead pulses according to the power level of a feedback node; and a sensing amplifying circuit which uses the lead pulses generated by the pulse generating circuit and develops the power level of a dynamic node and the feedback node according to the data value of an input signal.</p> |
