A device for providing a chatting service according to the present invention comprises: a control unit to execute a chatting application installed in a wireless terminal according to an operation of a user; a chatting providing unit to request a chatting service to a chatting service server through the chatting application which is installed in the wireless terminal to be executed by the control unit, and provide a chatting box to use the chatting service; a peripheral device searching unit to search for a peripheral device which is available for data communications when the chatting application installed in the wireless terminal is executed; and an application synchronizing unit to execute a chatting application installed in the searched peripheral device when the peripheral device is searched by the peripheral device searching unit, and connect the chatting application installed in the wireless terminal and the chatting application installed in the peripheral device. |
