The present invention relates to a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) masking paste composition and a PVC masking paste including the same and, more specifically, a PVC masking paste composition which temporarily covers the surface of conductive substrate or conductive films used in printed circuit boards, has ease of exfoliation and no residue and minimize the dislodging of the active ingredient of the conductive substrate and a PVC masking protective film from the same.
