The present invention relates to a roll apparatus. The apparatus includes a roll which winds or rewinds a fabric or is connected to a web to transfer products. The roll apparatus includes one or more rolls with gyro sensors; and a roll control unit which uses the displacement data of the rolls measured by the gyro sensors to adjust the rotating shafts of the rolls.
