The present invention relates to a welding jig for a front-axle housing assembly, including a base plate; an axle housing fixing part provided on the base plate and supporting and fixing a front-axle housing to be laid on the axle housing fixing part at a given height; and a knuckle carrier fixing part provided at both left and right sides of the axle housing fixing part above the base plate, and adjusting a slope of a knuckle carrier while supporting the knuckle carrier at the same height as the front-axle housing to form a camber angle of the knuckle carrier, thereby allowing the front-axle housing and the knuckle carrier to be welded. The knuckle carrier fixing part has a knuckle carrier support for supporting the load of the knuckle carrier, a knuckle carrier positioning member inserted in a center hole formed in the knuckle carrier to fix the knuckle carrier, and forming a rotation center of the knuckle carrier when the camber angle is formed, and a camber angle adjusting member for pressing the side of the knuckle carrier to rotate the knuckle carrier, thus forming the camber angle, as well as maintaining the formed camber angle. Since the setting of the camber angle is completed when the knuckle carrier and the front-axle housing are welded, the front-axle housing assembly can be easily manufactured. |
