The present invention relates to a pergola having a green roof and, more particularly, to a pergola having a green roof wherein vegetation mats for rooting and vegetating plants are disposed on the roof thereof to increase a heat shielding rate and an outer appearance thereof, seats surrounding vegetation base materials in the vegetation mats are formed of coconut fibers coated with latex to prevent seeds from being introduced and rooted from the outside and to prevent the roots of the plants rooted from being escaped from the vegetation mats to the outside to avoid bad influences on the waterproofing of the roof, waterproof seats are applied to the top of roof panels and the vegetation mats are disposed in such a manner as to arrange spacers between the vegetation mats to allow the upper and lower vegetation mats to be rigidly fixed to each other, a water supply line supplying water to the plants vegetated on the roof is inserted into a post frame and a roof frame in such a manner as to be not exposed to the outside, and the spacers located between the vegetation mats serve as moving passages for the water flowing through the water supply line.
