Disclosed are a thermoplastic resin composition of which weld line and flow mark are not generated, and satisfying weather resistance, high gloss, and high impact strength properties through combination of particular compatibilizing agents; and a product using the same. The present invention is to provide a polycarbonate based thermoplastic resin composition comprising 20-80 wt% of polycarbonate resin; 10-60 wt% of polymethyl metacrylate resin; 1-20 wt% of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer; and 1-20 wt% of styrene-methyl metacrylate-butyl acrylate copolymer, and a product using the same.
