<p>The present invention relates to a console box cover having the same unevenness pattern and color as that having an outer surface where the leather is surrounded and attached, without using leather or artificial leather (hereinafter, referred to as″leather″) and to a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing the console box cover according to the present invention includes: manufacturing a wood mold; manufacturing a lower mold for manufacturing the lower mold in which cut leather is sewed and attached to a bottom surface of the wood mold so that a sewing yarn protruding from a surface and a convex pattern of the unevenness pattern of the leather are further recessed from the bottom surface in proportion to a protruding degree, and a pinhole, a joint groove, and a concave pattern of the unevenness pattern of the leather protrude from the bottom surface in proportion to a recessed degree; manufacturing an upper mold for manufacturing the upper mold having a bottom surface to which the core is coupled; sequentially applying a mold releasing agent and paint having a desired color on the bottom surface of the lower mold; and product-molding in which the core-coupled upper mold is coupled to the lower mold to inject and foam a foam solution into a cavity defined between the core and the paint, wherein a foamed article is integrally attached to an outer surface of the core, and the paint integrally covers a surface of the foamed article, thereby obtaining a product having the same quality as the cover on which the leather is covered.</p> |
