An anti-reflective optical structure is provided. The anti-reflective optical structure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base material which transmits light and a plurality of optical patterns distributed on one surface of the base material. Some optical patterns of the plurality of optical patterns have a different shape from each other. The height of the optical patterns is 100 nm to 600 nm. The width of the optical patterns is 150 nm to 320 nm.
