PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a cation-dyeable conjugated fiber dyeable under atmospheric pressure, dyeable with a cationic dye excellent in clarity, excellent in strength-elongation property, rich in durability and having soft touch feeling; a method for manufacturing the same; and a fiber product including the same. SOLUTION: There is provided a cation-dyeable conjugated fiber having single fiber fineness of 0.5 to 2.0 dtex, tensile strength of 3.0 cN/dtex or more, tensile elongation of 25% or more and a strength retention ratio of 40% or more after being irradiated with ultraviolet for 300 hours. It is preferable that the cation-dyeable conjugated fiber includes: a sheath part composed of modified polyester having a main repeating unit composed of polyethylene terephthalate, and formed by copolymerizing, as a dicarboxylic acid component, a 5-sodium sulfoisophthalic acid of 1.0 to 3.0 mol% and an adipic acid of 3.0 to 10.0 mol%; and a core part composed of polyamide containing a high-molecular weight type hindered amine-based stabilizer of 0.3 to 5.0 mass%, and a ratio of the core part to the conjugated fiber is 33 to 66 volume%.
